We produce professional car carrier bodyworks, made of 100% aluminium, which ensures that our product is ultra light. At customer request, we offer steel and aluminium bodyworks. The bodyworks are manufactured using panel technology and made of aluminium sheet. We use optimally matched components in terms of safety, stability, noise level and weight. Car bodies offered by our company are characterised by durability and solid workmanship. We strive to create a new quality in the market, so we listen carefully to the needs of our customers. We build our car bodies on cars of various weights and sizes, adjusted to the customer’s needs. We are distinguished by a wide range of equipment and competitive price.

Dropside body

We offer practical, functional and durable dropside bodies. The body is available in three variants: open dropside, tipper body or tarpaulin body. Thanks to the tarpaulin it is possible to additionally protect the transported cargo against the harmful external factors. The open dropside, on the other hand, provides easy and convenient access to the transported goods. Ideal for medium sized 3.5t vehicles.   Meanwhile, a tipper is a practical and functional solution for transport companies. Thanks to opened side boards, the load can be easily removed from the vehicle. Our offer of dropside bodyworks is characterized by a frame made of high strength steel, which is hot-dip galvanized, floor made of waterproof anti-slip board with thickness adjusted to the load capacity of the vehicle. Or sheet metal in the case of a tipper. Dropside boards made of aluminium. Dropside bodywork - tipper

Equipment:

  • intermediate frame made of steel profiles with increased mechanical strength, galvanized and then painted,
  • floor made of painted steel sheet with a thickness and strength depending on the load capacity of the vehicle,
  • front panel made of aluminium or steel elements in the lower part,
  • anodised aluminium or steel boards adapted to the dimensions of the bodywork, sectional or solid,
  • a board step mounted on the rear board,
  • detachable side posts,
  • two or three-way tipping with an underfloor actuator, controlled from the driver’s cab,
  • hydraulic system with an automatic tipping limiter powered by a battery or power take-off,
  • plastic wheel housings above the rear axle wheels equipped with protective flaps
  • side aluminium covers,
  • plastic tool box locked with a key,
  • end-outline marker lights installed in accordance with the Traffic Regulations.

Dropside bodywork - open dropside

  • quick disassembly stanchions and side loading
  • floor lined with waterproof, non-slip plywood, 15mm thick
  • plastic wheel housings with mud flaps mounted above the rear axle wheels
  • entrance step on the rear board
  • galvanised mesh for the protection of driver’s cab

  • hooks on the outline preventing the cargo from moving during transport
